4 Paws and Whiskers walks occur between 9:30am-4:00pm. However, if dog walking services are requested outside of this time frame, we may be able to accommodate based on availability and additional charges will apply. We do both individual and group walks.

In Home (cat). 20 min visit (Priced at 2 cats per house) Overnight cat sitting includes feeding, supplying fresh water, litter box scooping, petting, lite grooming and medication.
Overnight Boarding/Vacation Care - 24 Hours

Overnight care in a loving home where your dog is treated as they are part of the family, crates are optional if your dog is accustomed to it's crate. Our guests spend the day with our Dog Daycare group and enjoy all the fun adventures our daily clients do! Owners provide food and medications. Daycare, Pick up and drop off is included. Dogs with special diets, i.e, allergies, weight maintenance, senior dogs, are no additional cost.
In Home Sitting – 1 hour

Daily visits to your home to feed, walk, play with and administer medications. Watering plants, bringing in mail and packages also included.
Hygiene Maintenance - Based on animal's needs and temperament:
Ear Cleaning/Hair Clipping, Skin Cleaning/Medications, (Especially for Pugs and dogs with skin wrinkles), Nail Grinding, light shedding/coat maintenance/conditioning, bathing and teeth brushing. pet care dog boarding

Vet Records
To ensure the safety and health of our clients, we require up to date vaccination records, City of Chicago dog license, dog registration, City of Chicago Pet Friendly Area Tag and current ID tags be on your pets collar or harness at all times, it is also mandatory to have your vet email us a copy of your current vaccinations, as sometimes tags do fall off or get lost.
Scheduling: All services are based on availability, so calling ahead is the best way to guarantee your service.
Weekend, Morning & Evening Policy: Weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) are subject to an additional charge of $10.00, evening walks after 4pm add $5.00.
Payment Policy: Payment is to be made by cash or check or Zelle, at the beginning of a scheduled service period.
Cancellations: 4 Paws and Whiskers adhere to a strict policy of NO OVERBOOKING. Therefore, once you have scheduled services, we turn away business in order to accommodate your schedule. Please see cancellation policy regarding in home sitting, daily walks, day care and sits. We try very hard to be flexible and accommodating, if an unforeseen Emergency exists, that will be taken into consideration.
4 Paws and Whiskers Cancellation Policy Daily Day Care 48 Hours Notice - if not given, 50% of what was scheduled will be charged.
Daily Dog Walks 24 Hours Notice - if not given, 50% of what was scheduled will be charged.
In Home Overnight Pet Sitting/Cat Sitting 48 Hours Notice - if not given, 50% of what was scheduled will be charged.
Holidays
Please refer to the following Holiday Schedule, should you need walks, daycare or sits on these days, please add $30.00 to the daily fee.
